We Provide Systems For Athletes To Reach Their Peak Performance

Kinetic Performance Institute was founded in 2020 by Erik Wagle and Dan Cabuling. Kinetic Performance Institute opened to offer additional training for serious players interested in improving their abilities while ensuring they had a great experience with exceptional service and developmental tools.

Technology

Hawkins Dynamics

Force Plates

We utilize force plates for assessments, to monitor readiness, and individualize programming.

Trackman

Ball flight monitoring

Used by every professional team in the United States and Japan. Trackman is the industry standard for pitch design. Their metrics are the gold standard for recruiting from high school to college

Proteus Motion

Rotation that transfers

360 degree resistance through all planes of motion, we utilize the Proteus for hitter warm ups, pitcher arm care, and intertwine it with our lifts. Also, for our Advanced Assessments the Proteus helps us find asymmetries and deficiencies to best tailor our programming.

NewtForce

Calibrated pitching mound

Force plates embedded into the pitching mound allow us to more fully understand how our athletes are utilizing the ground. We can know definitively how they are moving in three planes and the portions of the delivery to focus our drill work on, for more output and repeatability.

ArmCare

Dynamometer

Strength testing for the shoulder and forearm, we use the dynamometer to get a more full picture of athlete health, force imbalances, and readiness. Daily inputs aid our staff in understanding how athletes are truly recovering, to tailor their throwing and lifting workload accordingly.

Pulse Throw

Workload Monitor

Placed on the throwing arm, this small sensor acts as "Strava for Throwing", or a "Step Counter for Throws", telling us metrics on Arm Speed, Throw Count, and helpful data. Used most often in our Return to Throw programs, it's another way for us to monitor and understand arm health

Hittrax

Ball flight monitoring

We use Hittrax for our work in the cage, it lets us know exit velocity, launch angle, and shows us on the field of play where the batted ball would have landed.

Blast Motion

Swing analyzer

"Blast iQ™ automatically assesses and scores every swing. It bases the Swing Quality assessments on Plane, Connection, and Rotation (PCR) to provide you with actionable improvement insights.

Using your iPhone or iPad camera, you can capture and review information on your exit velocity, launch angle, and estimated ball flight distance. Visualize your ball flight through interactive spray charts and session reports."
