Every program at KPI is a month to month commitment. Athletes sign up for a given number of sessions and at the end of the month those sessions expire, the package automatically renews, and then there is the ability to continue to schedule. Cancellation/Freezing Policy: If and athlete wants to freeze/cancel your account, the athlete must give us 2 weeks notice before the next invoice. The notice must be emailed to the info@kpimh.com email so the KPI staff knows and can track the training status. If 2 weeks notice is not provided, the account will be charged the remaining time of the package and an additional month. Unused Credit Policy: Any credit that is left on an account will be zeroed out after 6 months of inactivity. Unpaid Invoice Policy: If an account has an unpaid invoice, the athlete will not be allowed to train until the account is up to date. If the athlete fails to pay and use sessions, KPI will charge for the full month. Any sessions missed due to an unpaid invoice must be made up during the time left on the current training package. This policy is in place as KPI’s only avenue of holding players/families accountable to their training commitment you and offsetting the amount of time our staff spends on designing a system for each athlete to reach their full potential!
