Remote Training Program
The KPI remote training program begins with a full assessment, just like our in-person programs. Our expert trainers create a personalized plan based on each athlete’s needs, focusing on skills, strengths, and throwing development.
Remote athletes meet twice per month for video and tech analysis, allowing for regular feedback and progress updates.

There are many forms of communication available for our athletes and coaches to use. You will have easy access to your coaches to ask any questions and receive any help you may need.
Our team is dedicated to providing the best experience for you. That means that our trainers and coaches will be working closely with you during your training process. With this close contact, we will be able to listen to your concerns and modify the exercises to fit your needs.
Each program can last a different length of time depending on what you’re focused on and how long you want to be in training. During our assessment, our certified coaches will ascertain how long your program should last to have the best effect. Most of our programs last anywhere from three to 12 months. Our programs also build on each other, so if you want to continue training with us, you can move on to the next program.
For our remote training program, the workouts are designed to not rely on equipment or physical athlete training facilities. If you have access to these facilities, they can be utilized in the program, but if not, our trainers provide variations of the workouts so that you can still experience the benefits of these specific workouts.

Our workouts will improve your strength, endurance, mobility, agility, and power.
