KPI - Are You Ready

Dub Baseball and ID3 Training are very excited to announce the formation of KPI - Kinetic Performance Institute! KPI represents a merger between Dub and ID3 and will be the namesake and brand of the new performance center located in Morgan Hill. Starting November 1st when KPI launches in the new facility, KPI will bear the name of the facility and all training and development programs located inside of the most technologically advanced baseball/softball training facility in Northern California. Dub Baseball will continue to serve the community by operating the Dub teams and the non-profit Dub Foundation. All other offerings will exist under the KPI brand.

This merger between Dub and ID3 represents the next step forward in the most progressive and advanced baseball and softball training system in Northern California. The two entities have created the best environment for athletes from all over Northern California to train. The coaches in the facility hold the highest certifications, have tremendous experience producing metrics in players, and have a collective growth mindset that will push this new endeavor to never before seen heights.

We offer a one-stop-shop for athletic development. Every need for every athlete can be served in our facility. Each athlete is individually assessed, is provided an individual program for their development, and we have the best technology, with coaches that know how to use it, in Northern California. We also therapeutic and wellness services to help our athletes prevent and recover from injuries. Anything an athlete wants, we provide at KPI.
